Optovik Tenders

Develop an automated tender monitoring platform for Optovik that collects procurement opportunities from various tender platforms in Kyrgyzstan and identifies relevant lots based on keywords such as stationery, office supplies, printing paper, and school supplies.

Built a Laravel-based web platform that automatically collects tenders, analyzes individual lots, and filters procurement opportunities by keywords. Developed a user-friendly dashboard featuring advanced search, customer information, tender amounts, submission deadlines, and direct links to original procurement listings.

Optovik received a centralized platform for discovering relevant procurement opportunities. Automation reduced the time spent manually searching for tenders, simplified the identification of matching lots, and enabled the team to respond faster to new business opportunities.
