Develop a high-performance media platform with an intuitive content management system that enables publishing news, displaying TV schedules, streaming live television channels, and providing a robust REST API for iOS and Android mobile applications. The platform needed to be scalable, fast, and easy to manage.

The website was developed using Laravel with Filament as the administration panel. The implemented features include:

• a comprehensive content management system for news, categories, and media;
• a REST API for mobile applications;
• live streaming of TV channels directly on the website;
• TV schedule management through the admin panel;
• a responsive user interface with high performance and an optimized architecture.

The project delivered a unified digital platform connecting the website and mobile applications. Visitors can quickly access the latest news, TV schedules, and live broadcasts, while UTRK staff can efficiently manage all content through the Filament administration panel. The custom REST API ensures seamless real-time synchronization between the website and mobile applications.
